PURPOSE

Logo illustration for a surf club in Sierra Leone. The club is a safe space for kids in the area to learn a new skill and have somewhere to hang outside school. The future dream is to create a source of income for the community by popularizing surfing, and building a tourist center thus creating jobs.

CHALLENGE

There was a tight deadline and the logo needed to be developed quickly so that shirts and other promotional materials could be produced before taking them over to Sierra Leone. The sketch was a collaboration between the team members in the US and Africa so communication was key.
